Risk Assessment
During the covid-19 pandemic we have been working hard to keep all of our pupils and staff safe, whilst still offering a full curriculum offer and the opportunity for our pupils to flourish within their learning. Risk assessments were regularly updated and shared with the school community. The government’s approach now is for all of us to learn to live with Covid but still be aware of the good practice of regular handwashing, catching sneezes and coughs in a paper hankerchief and then disposing of it safely.
At King’s Oak we still encourage the children to sanitise or wash their hands on entry to school. To wash/sanitise hands before and after eating and when returning in from playtime.
A letter informing parents about the latest government advice regarding Covid can be found in the newsletter section.
