School Day

Our regular school day runs from 8:30am to 3:00pm.

32.5hrs each week. 

The school gates open from 8.30am for you to access the playground and for parents to take their nursery-aged child into King’s Oak nursery.

School registration begins at 8.30am.

All children enter via the same gate – the Main Gate to the school. Once you enter the playground you are asked to keep your child with you and not allow them onto any of the school play structures as they are not supervised by school staff at this time and the school will not accept any responsibility for any accident at this time of the day.

The school gates will close promptly at 8.50am and if you arrive after this time you will need to come to the front entrance and log your child in with an explanation as to why they are late. Please be aware that lateness counts towards your child’s attendance record.

Our school day finishes at 3.00pm and the children are taken by the school staff into the school playground.
