School Uniform

The children wear their school uniform with pride. Majority of the items can be purchased from any of the large supermarket chains which are within walking distance of the school. The uniform consists of a white polo shirt, grey/navy or black trousers/skirt/pinafore dress. A school sweat shirt or cardigan. Most of the children find the trousers that just pull up and down without zips and buttons the easiest to initially cope with. The sweat shirt with the school logo can be purchased from the uniform supplier. Please enquire at the school office for the price list and contact. We are happy to support you with acquiring the uniform for your child. If you need assistance please speak to Amy Bunting ,the school Parent Support Advisor.

Your child needs a waterproof and warm coat preferably with a hood. Please name the clothing.

PE uniform is essential for all children. This can again be purchased from the high street stores and consists of a green T shirt (this is also available from the school uniform supplier), black or navy sports shorts, plimsolls. The children find shoe laces very challenging to do and undo so please select footwear with straps/elastic sides. For outdoor PE your child needs trainers and leggings/jogging bottoms. The class teacher will inform you at the start of the school year which days are PE and in Autumn Term 1 and Summer term 1 and 2 which day the  outdoor PE sessions are planned to take place. The PE kit is stored in a draw string bag and kept at school Monday to Friday.

Please ensure all uniform is named and regularly check it remains visible. We have spare clothing which we provide in the case of toilet accidents etc. We ask for you to wash the school items and return as soon as possible so another child could benefit from the items if required.
